The Blackstone project was a full interior and exterior rehab designed to deliver modern functionality and boost rental value for under 50K. Exterior updates included fresh paint for doors and trim, gutter replacements, porch repairs, and a complete yard clean-up.
Inside, every room was revitalized: the kitchen was fully gutted and rebuilt with new cabinets, countertops, plumbing, electrical upgrades, and new flooring. The bathroom was completely renovated with new tile, tub, vanity, fixtures, and flooring. Living areas and bedrooms received drywall repairs, fresh paint in modern colors, new lights, doors, windows, and updated flooring—balancing hardwood refinishing with new carpet for a fresh, clean look.
The basement was cleaned out, painted, and upgraded with five glass block windows for security and efficiency. Brand new mechanicals—a furnace and hot water tank—were installed to ensure reliable, modern comfort. A full roof tear-off with high-quality materials completed the transformation, protecting the investment for years to come.
