Cheyenne Unit Turn

Cheyenne got a solid refresh inside and out, keeping things clean and livable without breaking the bank. This unit turn/renovation was about $23,000.

Outside, we secured the porch railings, replaced broken security door glass, added a new handrail, and cleared out debris so the entry looks neat and safe.

Inside, we refinished the hardwood floors, added fresh paint, swapped out old lights, switches, outlets, and put in new blinds so it’s move-in ready. The living room got a new picture window and a tiled fireplace hearth for a little extra character. Bedrooms got new carpet, fresh paint, new doors, and light fixtures to make them cozy and private.

The bathroom was fully redone with new tile, tub, pedestal sink, and modern fixtures. In the kitchen, we handled some repairs and updates to keep it functional without going over budget. We also cleaned up the basement and stairs, gave them a fresh coat of paint, and laid new LVP on the landing to make the lower level neat and usable.
