This Detroit rental received a solid upgrade focused on exterior protection and essential interior improvements. It got a full roof tear-off and replacement with dimensional shingles and proper flashing for long-term durability. Exterior updates included new porch railing, fresh paint, new gutters, and vine removal.
Inside, we repaired drywall, replaced or added windows, doors, lights, switches, carpet, and fresh paint throughout bedrooms, living areas, and the stairway. The basement got a partial bath rebuild and wall repairs for added usability. This project delivered a safer, cleaner, and more reliable home for new tenants - all for under 30K.
