Hartwell Project

This full renovation focused on updating every level of the home to make it fresh, functional, and ready for new occupants. With a total renovation cost of approximately 42K, the project included a full exterior refresh - painted doors, soffits, fascia, new gutters and downspouts, and yard cleanup. Inside, every room received new flooring, fresh paint, lighting updates, and drywall repairs where needed. The kitchen was improved with updated plumbing, electrical work, and refinished cabinets. All bedrooms and living spaces were updated with new windows, doors, and trim. The bathrooms were fully renovated with new vanities, toilets, and fixtures. In the basement, we removed old materials, painted walls and floors, and added new glass block windows and proper venting to improve both safety and usability.
