This single-family Detroit home underwent a full interior and exterior renovation to bring it up to rental-ready standards. Exterior work included fascia and soffit repairs, new gutters, tuckpointing, porch updates, and tree removal for improved curb appeal.
Inside, we completed drywall repairs, fresh paint throughout, new lighting, outlets, trim, and a mix of refinished hardwood, carpet, and LVP flooring. The kitchen and bathroom were fully gutted and rebuilt with new cabinets, countertops, fixtures, tile, and plumbing.
Additional upgrades included a finished upstairs bedroom, basement cleanup and paint, and brand-new mechanicals with a furnace and hot water tank replacement. This project delivered a clean, functional rental unit ready for long-term tenancy.
Total home renovation with mechanicals for approximately $60,000.
