This Nottingham rental received a complete interior and exterior refresh to boost curb appeal and functionality. Outside, we removed overgrown vines and bushes, cleaned gutters, trimmed trees, repaired garage siding, replaced steps and handrails, and extended downspouts for proper drainage.
Inside, the main floor hardwoods were sanded and refinished, while bedrooms, the stairway, and the upstairs bedroom received new carpet and padding. The bathroom was fully renovated with new tile, tub, vanity, plumbing fixtures, and LVP flooring. The kitchen got new flooring, trim, and a faucet upgrade.
We also replaced ten windows, repaired basement plumbing, installed six glass block windows, and repainted the entire interior for a fresh, modern look all under $35,000.
