The Steel property underwent a complete interior and exterior upgrade to maximize its rental value for about 45K. Exterior improvements included updated security doors, fresh paint, new gutters, fence repair, and full yard and house clean-out.
Inside, every room received attention: the kitchen was fully remodeled with new cabinets, granite countertops, upgraded plumbing, and new flooring. Both bathrooms were renovated with new tile, fixtures, and finishes. Living and dining rooms were refreshed with refinished hardwood floors, new windows, and modern lighting. Bedrooms were updated with fresh paint, new carpet, and added safety features.
The basement was cleared, painted, upgraded with six new glass block windows, and fitted with a new deep sink and secure plumbing—making it clean, functional, and safe for tenants.
